Cancellation before the order is placed and before processing begins
Your order can be cancelled free of charge by writing to [email protected] before payment is made and before it is processed. If payment has been made and the service has not yet been started, the payment is refunded by the same method within 14 days at the latest from the cancellation request.
Services whose performance has begun
Domain name registration, SSL certificate and static IP assignment incur costs with third parties (registrar, certificate provider) once the process begins and cannot be reversed. No cancellation or refund is possible for these services; however, if there is an error attributable to the SELLER or the service cannot be performed at all, the amount is refunded.
Hosting service
The hosting service is provided annually. No cancellation or refund is made after the first day on which the service starts; a choice not to continue using the service is expressed by not renewing the service in the next renewal period.
If the domain name cannot be registered
If the domain name has been registered by someone else, the application requirements cannot be met, or the registrar rejects the application, the full amount paid is refunded or, at the BUYER’s choice, applied toward another service.
Domain name renewal and expiry
An expired domain name may be suspended under the registrar’s rules and, at the end of the period, deleted and become available for registration by others. The BUYER is notified by email as the renewal date approaches; the BUYER is responsible for the consequences of failure to renew in time.
Refund method and period
Justified refund requests are made by the method used for payment and within 14 days at the latest from acceptance of the request. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or intermediary institution.
