In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data may be processed by Kültür Medya Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Kültür Medya”), acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed
Identity and contact: full name, company name, email, phone.
Customer information: tax office, tax number or Turkish ID number, province, district, neighborhood and full address (these fields are optional).
Customer transaction information: requests, orders, domain name, hosting, SSL, static IP and similar service records, amounts and renewal dates.
Transaction security: IP address, session and transaction logs, browser information.
Location: if you use the “Use my location” button, the coordinates supplied by your device are used only to be converted into a province, district and neighborhood; the coordinates are not stored.
Message content: the text you write in contact and quote forms.
3. Purposes of processing personal data
To respond to your requests and quotes, receive your orders and perform the service, and to create and manage your membership account.
To carry out the registration, setup, renewal and support processes for domain name, hosting, SSL and similar services; to send renewal reminders and informational messages.
Invoicing, accounting and fulfillment of legal obligations.
Ensuring information security and preventing misuse and fraud.
Improving service quality and our website.
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds: (c) it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, (ç) it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, (e) it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. For processing based on explicit consent, such as the location feature, your consent is obtained separately and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Transfer of personal data
To the extent required by the service, your data may be transferred, within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to domain name registrars and certificate providers, to hosting, email and security infrastructure service providers (e.g. Cloudflare, email service providers), to accounting and financial advisory service providers, and to legally authorized public institutions and organizations.
Some infrastructure providers may be located abroad; in that case the transfer is made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
When you use the location feature, your coordinates are sent to the OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) service for conversion into province/district/neighborhood.
YouTube videos and 360° virtual tours on our website are loaded from the relevant provider’s servers when you press the play button.
6. Method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website, membership and order screens, and via email, telephone and written communication.
7. Retention period
Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation (e.g. up to ten years under the Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation); at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Contact form messages are deleted within a reasonable period after the request has been concluded.
8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.
9. Application method
You may submit your requests regarding your rights, together with information and documents that identify you, by email to [email protected] or in writing to Altıtop Mah. 1591 Sok. No:13 Kent Ofis Daire:15, Merkezefendi / Denizli. Your applications are concluded as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. If the response is provided in writing, no fee is charged for up to ten pages; the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
