B2B Dealer Portal
Let your dealers place their own orders 24/7 and check their own accounts.
The era of phone orders, emailed price lists and asking for balances on WhatsApp is ending. We build B2B portals that talk to your ERP/accounting software: dealer-specific pricing, account balances, order tracking and collections on one screen. Through REST API, webhooks and file-based flows, it connects to your ERP, your mobile app and third-party systems.
What do we offer?
Dealer-specific pricing and discounts
Each dealer sees their own price list, discounts and campaigns.
Seamless ERP sync
Stock, price, account and order data sync two-way with your accounting/ERP software.
Account and statements
Balance, transactions, payments and statements; dealers see them without asking, and you stop answering.
Order and approval workflow
Cart, order, approval, shipment and invoice statuses, with a notification at every step.
Online collection
Dealers pay their balance by card through the virtual POS directly in the portal.
Mobile-friendly, plus an app
A comfortable card layout on phones; a dealer mobile app if you want one.
API and integration methods
Your portal talks to your ERP, mobile app and third-party systems using whichever of these methods suits you.
REST API (JSON)
A standard REST API with pagination and filter support, exposing product, stock, price, account balance, statement and order endpoints.
Easily consumed by any ERP, mobile app or third-party system.Secure authentication
Authorization with a Bearer token (JWT) or API key; per-user and per-dealer permissions, rate limiting and IP allowlist.
Unauthorized access and abuse are blocked.Webhook notifications
Instant HTTP notifications to your system on events such as order created, status changed or payment received.
No need for constant polling.File-based flow
Product, price and stock feeds via XML, CSV or Excel; pulled from a URL, SFTP or file upload.
A practical method for legacy software without an API.ERP web service
Connecting to the SOAP or REST services offered by your ERP/accounting software; two-way, scheduled sync.
Whatever the stock and account movement is in the ERP, it is the same in the portal.Middleware service (database)
Reading and writing data through a secure intermediate layer for software that has no service.
Integrates without changing your ERP's structure.Mobile app API
Separate session management, device registration and push notifications for the iOS and Android dealer app.
Web and mobile use the same data.Error logging and monitoring
Every transfer is logged; when a transfer fails, an alert is sent and it is retried.
Data consistency stays traceable.Example REST endpoints
The examples below only illustrate the method; the actual endpoints and fields are defined per project.
GET | /api/v1/urunler | Product list (pagination, search, category filter) |
GET | /api/v1/urunler/{kod}/stok | Current stock information for a product |

How do we proceed?
Process analysis
We examine your dealer workflow, pricing policy and ERP structure.
Integration design
We define which data flows in which direction and how often.
Development and testing
The portal and connections are built and tested with your real data.
Dealer onboarding
Accounts are opened for your dealers, a short training is given, and the portal goes live.
Frequently asked questions
Which ERP/accounting programs do you work with?
We can work with any program that can provide data via database, API or file (XML/Excel). We start with a short technical review.
Can each of my dealers see different prices?
Yes. Prices, discounts and product visibility are defined per dealer group or per dealer.
What is the difference between a B2B portal and an e-commerce site?
An e-commerce site is for public retail sales. A B2B portal is a closed ordering system that only approved dealers can enter, showing dealer-specific prices, discounts and account details. The two can share the same product and stock data.
